48-Hour Operational Control Reset

One defined initiative.  Within 48 hours of receiving the agreed evidence, leadership holds a decision-ready map of what is actually happening, what is preventing movement and the first 30 days of corrective action.

Founding engagement: $1,250·$625 before scheduling·$625 before final briefFounding pricing applies to the first three completed engagements.  The full fee is credited toward a larger engagement signed within seven days.
Method

The same sequence, every engagement.

  1. Establish operational truth. What is actually happening, established from evidence rather than status decks.
  2. Map dependencies and failure points. Where the initiative actually breaks, and what each broken piece touches.
  3. Separate claims, assumptions, evidence and unknowns. Each statement gets labeled as one of the four.  Unknowns are named, not papered over.
  4. Identify the highest-leverage corrective sequence. The few moves that unblock the most, in order.
  5. Assign ownership and readiness gates. Every corrective move gets a named owner and a condition that proves it worked.
  6. Leave a system that survives the initial push. The structure keeps working after Honeycomb steps back.  That is the point.
After the Reset

Larger engagements are earned paths, not front doors.

Every larger engagement starts with a completed Reset or an equivalent qualification conversation, then written scope and client-specific payment.  The full Reset fee is credited toward any larger engagement signed within seven days.

Special Projects Stabilization Sprint

Bounded implementation of the Reset's corrective sequence: ownership installed, gates enforced, first 30 days executed.  $7,500 founding scope; $12,500–$25,000 standard.

AI Deployment & Governance Sprint

Controlled AI adoption for one operating area: evaluation, evidence controls, acceptance gates and human ownership.  $25,000–$50,000 by scope.

Executive Technical Representative

Independent executive-side representation across providers, technical claims and delivery.  $12,500–$25,000 per month, three-month minimum.

Additional request-only engagements (Embedded Special Projects Lead, Resilience & Surge Readiness, Operations Manual Rescue and AI Workflow Build) are scoped individually after qualification.  None has a public purchase link, by design.
