1. Agreement
By accessing honeycombweb3solutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC ("Honeycomb," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Educational purpose only
All public content on the Site — including articles, briefings, interactive tools, the Ecosystem Map, the Wallet Simulator, assessments and courses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Special Projects & Systems Advisory engagements provide bounded operational and business guidance for defined initiatives and exist only under a separately accepted written scope. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, compliance, cybersecurity or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any digital asset, network, product or service.
Interactive tools simulate concepts for learning. They do not interact with real blockchain networks, do not hold or move real assets and their outputs describe simulated scenarios only.
3. No professional relationship
Use of the public Site, an assessment, a course or an initial inquiry does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client or other licensed professional relationship. A paid working session is limited to the scope stated on its service page and checkout. An advisory engagement exists only when Honeycomb accepts a defined scope in writing; it does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary or other licensed professional relationship.
4. Service requests and paid working sessions
Requesting or purchasing a working session does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, financial-advisory, custody, money-transmission, payment-processing, cybersecurity-audit or compliance-advisory relationship. Sessions are educational and operational in nature. You remain responsible for business decisions, implementation decisions, tool choices, customer communications, legal review, tax treatment, accounting treatment and compliance obligations.
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials, card numbers, identity documents or sensitive financial records to Honeycomb. Honeycomb does not need them to provide educational guidance and will not ask for them.
5. Your responsibility
Decisions about digital assets carry significant risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for consulting qualified professionals licensed in your jurisdiction before acting. Honeycomb does not verify, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party site, service or resource referenced on the Site.
6. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or redistribution of substantial portions requires prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping at scale contrary to robots directives or misrepresenting Honeycomb content as advice or endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or for any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of or reliance on the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
