Selected Operating Evidence

The evidence, with the limits stated.

Honeycomb does not invent testimonials, financial outcomes or enterprise claims.  The evidence below shows the operating environments, systems, controls and judgment behind the advisory work — and states what each item does not prove.

Operational intelligence under degraded conditions

Verified activity
Scott led or materially supported intelligence coordination and field reconnaissance for volunteer relief operations in Swannanoa, North Carolina after Hurricane Helene — collection, validation, prioritization and routing of field information, communications, forms and databases, after-action intake and operational handoff, while communications, information flow and infrastructure were failing at the same time.
Operating lesson
When the environment is degraded, the scarce resource is not effort — it is a validated picture of what is true.  Unverified reports route help to the wrong place; a working intake, validation and routing process is more useful than uncoordinated effort.
Relevance to advisory work
Advisory clients rarely face a hurricane, but they regularly face the same condition: multiple sources reporting different realities, no single validated picture and decisions being made anyway.  The Reset applies the same discipline: establish what is verified, route attention to what matters, hand off a system that keeps working.
Limitation
Volunteer relief work.  It implies no formal emergency-command authority, government authority, incident-command certification, medical authority or guaranteed response outcomes.

Controlled AI operating architecture

Verified activity
A 36-file AI operating architecture built and used in Honeycomb's own work: 12 modes, nine control dimensions, evidence controls, state-preserving handoffs and human acceptance gates — so AI output is checked against evidence and accepted by a person before it counts.
Operating lesson
AI-assisted work can produce confident output without adequate evidence. Explicit controls, evidence requirements and human acceptance gates reduce that risk.  The operating controls determine whether the model can be used responsibly.
Relevance to advisory work
Clients adopting AI usually have the tools and lack the operating structure.  This architecture informs the AI and automation review used in advisory work.
Limitation
An internal operating architecture, partly AI-assisted in its own construction.  It implies no proprietary foundation models, no claim of deep model engineering and no guaranteed AI performance.

Technical-product release discipline

Verified activity
Chainpay: a noncustodial payment-platform prototype of approximately 126 files with 63 passing contract and backend tests, release-state controls, secure-by-default design and documentation and QA governance.  Live activation is deliberately blocked pending independent assurance.
Operating lesson
A working prototype is not production-ready until the required assurance and release conditions are complete.
Relevance to advisory work
Advisory clients constantly hear “it is ready” from vendors and teams.  Having built, tested and deliberately not shipped a payment platform is exactly the judgment used to challenge readiness claims against evidence.
Limitation
A prototype, built with AI-assisted development under human control.  It is not a live production payment service and implies no audit completion, certification, custody, customer volume or revenue.

International provider and transition coordination

Verified activity
Coordination of outsourced providers, distributed contributors, logistics, infrastructure, permissions and technical resources across international boundaries — sequencing, schedules, handoffs and response needs for real projects.
Operating lesson
Cross-border work fails at the seams: the handoff nobody owns, the permission with an undocumented prerequisite, the schedule built in one time zone and executed in another.  Mapping the seams up front is cheaper than discovering them live.
Relevance to advisory work
This is the direct working basis for the International Operations use case: provider maps, permission chains, decision-routing paths and executive visibility across distance.
Limitation
Named clients, countries, contract values and outcomes are not published.  This work implies no immigration expertise, regulatory authority or language fluency claims.

Field systems and customer environments

Verified activity
Decades of Windows and PC experience; communications and RF work at Comcast resolving long-unsolved service problems; connected-security installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customer training at Vivint; field service with Fieldservinc; endpoint and network troubleshooting, installation, documentation and customer education in real customer environments.  Cybersecurity grounding includes CompTIA Security+ and the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.
Operating lesson
Field reality overrules the plan.  Devices, networks, buildings and people behave differently on site than on paper, and a durable fix is one the customer can operate after the technician leaves.
Relevance to advisory work
Deployment-readiness and field-validation questions inside the Reset are grounded in years of standing in the environments where connected systems fail in practice.
Limitation
Hands-on technical operations work.  It implies no licensed engineering, no regulated cybersecurity authority, no penetration-testing or incident-response practice and no enterprise infrastructure ownership.

Safety-critical quality discipline

Verified activity
Production work on Boeing CH-47 and F-18 programs, Lockheed Martin F-35 and Bombardier aircraft: precision assembly, technical documentation, sequencing, nonconformance awareness and mission-critical standards, with 408 hours of Boeing training and a class commendation.
Operating lesson
In aerospace, a discrepancy is documented, dispositioned and traced — never argued away.  That habit of evidence over assertion transfers to every operating environment.
Relevance to advisory work
The claims-to-evidence discipline in every Reset (separate what is claimed from what is documented) comes from environments where discrepancies must be documented, dispositioned and traced.
Limitation
Production and quality execution roles.  They imply no design authority, airworthiness authority, engineering licensure, flight certification or current employer endorsement.
