- Identify constraints, dependencies, ownership gaps and unknowns. Each finding is tied to the evidence that supports it. Unknowns are listed as unknowns.
- Deliver the executive brief and 30-day path within 48 hours of receiving the agreed evidence. Decision-ready: written for the person who has to act on it, not for a filing cabinet.
- Hold the implementation follow-up within seven days. One working session to pressure-test the path against reality before leadership commits resources.

Revision
One revision is included to correct a material omission or clarify the brief within the accepted scope. Honeycomb does not guarantee a specific number of findings or any result that depends on a client, provider or third party.
Payment
The deposit is paid before scheduling and secures principal-led capacity. The remaining balance is due before release of the final executive brief, by client-specific invoice. No implementation is included unless separately contracted.
