A paid executive diagnostic for one defined initiative. Within 48 hours of receiving the agreed evidence, leadership receives a decision-ready map of the current operating state, what is preventing movement and the first 30 days of corrective action — plus a risk, unknown, ownership and accountability register, the top three corrective moves and one implementation follow-up within seven days.

It is not implementation, not unlimited access, not enterprise-wide transformation and not a substitute for licensed professional advice. It diagnoses one initiative, operational problem, department or closely connected workflow and hands leadership a controlled path.  Execution beyond the included follow-up is separately contracted.

The 48-hour delivery period begins after the initiative and scope are confirmed and Honeycomb receives the agreed evidence needed to establish the operating picture. It does not start at payment, because a diagnosis built on missing evidence would not be worth delivering.

Only what is needed to establish the operating picture for the one initiative in scope: typically plans, status reports, tickets, contracts, dashboards or similar working documents, plus access to the people who own the relevant decisions. Honeycomb sends a specific, minimal evidence request after scope is confirmed. Do not send passwords, private keys, credentials, card numbers, identity documents or regulated records.

One defined initiative, operational problem, department or closely connected workflow per Reset. If the situation spans several initiatives, the scoping conversation picks the one where control matters most first. Broader work is scoped and quoted separately.

The $625 deposit is paid before scheduling after fit and scope are confirmed. The $625 balance is due before release of the final executive brief and is sent by client-specific invoice. Payment alone does not start the 48-hour period or create work outside the accepted scope.

Honeycomb does not guarantee a specific number of findings or any outcome that depends on a client, provider or third party. One revision is included to correct a material omission or clarify the brief within the accepted scope.

One implementation follow-up within seven days is included. Ongoing implementation is not included and requires a separately accepted written scope.

The Business Clarity Session addresses one bounded technology decision through a working session and written recommendation. The Reset addresses one consequential operating initiative through evidence review, dependency mapping, risk and ownership registers and a 30-day corrective sequence.

Yes. U.S. market-entry and cross-border operational work can be addressed through the same Reset when the initiative is clearly bounded. The same $1,250 fee, payment structure, timing definition, scope boundary and revision policy apply.

Honeycomb is U.S.-based with national and role-appropriate international travel. Off-hours coordination with overseas teams is available by scope.

Evidence is reviewed for the engagement and is not published, resold or used as marketing material. Honeycomb requests the minimum evidence needed and tells you when something should not be sent at all: credentials, private keys, card numbers, identity documents and regulated records are never requested and should never be included in an inquiry.

Honeycomb uses AI under explicit controls, with evidence requirements and human acceptance gates and helps clients build the same discipline. It does not claim proprietary foundation models and does not guarantee AI performance outcomes.

Security-conscious judgment runs through the work, grounded in CompTIA Security+ and the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. Honeycomb is not a penetration-testing firm, managed security provider, incident-response practice or certified auditor and does not perform those services.

When further work is justified, Honeycomb may provide bounded implementation support, AI deployment and governance support or executive technical representation under a separately accepted written scope. No continuation is automatic.
