Practice · Stage 3 of the journey

Two parties. One compatible route.

NO REAL WALLETS NO REAL FUNDS NO SEED PHRASES NO LIVE NETWORKS

Real payments aren't one-sided.  A customer and a merchant have to agree on an asset, a network, and an address that both can use.  This simulator walks that agreement end-to-end — matching what you hold against what the merchant accepts, choosing the easiest route, verifying it, and settling.  Nothing real moves.

The Wallet Simulator — practice crypto payments with zero real funds

Everything here is simulated. The Wallet Simulator never connects a real wallet, never touches a network, never moves real value, and never asks for a seed phrase.  It is an educational practice environment — not financial, investment, or trading advice, and not a recommendation of any asset, network, or provider.

The bigger picture

The real map: ways in, ways to move, ways out.

Crypto isn't one road.  People arrive, move and reshape value, and exit through several different paths — and most confusion comes from not seeing the whole map at once.  Here it is, plainly.  This is an orientation map, not a recommendation of any route, asset, or provider.

Ways in

  • Someone sends you crypto (P2P). A gift or payment lands in your wallet directly — no purchase, no initial paper trail of your own.  You still need a wallet and the right network to receive it.
  • Buy on an exchange (CEX). Create an account, add funds, buy.  The platform holds the keys until you withdraw to your own wallet.
  • Buy inside a wallet app. Some self-custody wallets let you buy directly, so the asset arrives in keys you already control.

Ways to move & reshape

  • Send to a wallet. Across networks — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and others — each with its own addresses and rules.
  • Trade one asset for another. On an exchange, or on a DEX through a wallet app, value changes form (e.g. into a stablecoin).
  • Use a DEX via your wallet. Swap directly from self-custody, without handing funds to a platform first.

Ways out

  • Sell on an exchange, withdraw to a bank. The most common exit back to everyday money.
  • Send to someone who pays you out (P2P). The mirror of arriving by P2P.
  • Spend it directly. Where a merchant accepts crypto or stablecoins for goods and services.

Each arrow is a place where the network, the asset, and the address all have to line up — which is exactly what the workbench below lets you rehearse, safely.

Hands-on · practice surface

Practice the moves that actually cost people money.

Below are six simulated accounts on one screen — personal, business, exchange, customer, a merchant invoice, and a platform.  Copy an address, paste it, verify it character-by-character, pick the network and asset, catch a wrong-network mistake, and run everyday receive scenarios.  Nothing here is real.
