Real payments aren't one-sided. A customer and a merchant have to agree on an asset, a network, and an address that both can use. This simulator walks that agreement end-to-end — matching what you hold against what the merchant accepts, choosing the easiest route, verifying it, and settling. Nothing real moves.

How a crypto payment is agreed

The interactive simulator needs JavaScript. Here is the same model in plain steps:

Agree on amount & purpose. Customer and merchant start from the same intent.
Merchant states what it accepts — which assets, which networks, and its settlement preference (often a low-volatility stablecoin).
Customer states what it holds — only assets actually in the wallet, on networks they're held on.
Find the shared intersection. A route works only if it appears on both sides: same asset, same network. Sometimes there is none.
Choose the easiest appropriate route by comparing network cost, speed, wallet support, volatility, and the merchant's preference.
Verify the asset, the network on both sides, and the receiving address (first and last characters). Consider a small test-send first.
Send & confirm. Customer submits, the network confirms (this is final and cannot be undone), the merchant recognizes the arrival, and a receipt settles the agreement.

Everything here is simulated. The Wallet Simulator never connects a real wallet, never touches a network, never moves real value, and never asks for a seed phrase. It is an educational practice environment — not financial, investment, or trading advice, and not a recommendation of any asset, network, or provider.
